In the movie Derek Zoolander, a model, is up to win the award of model of the year. He competes against Hansel, the new star a younger model that is the most wanted model at the moment. At the end Hansel wins the award.Seeing Derek devastated his friends decide to take him out to have some fun but the tragically died. After all this Derek decides to retire and go back to his home town to work at the coal mine with his father and his brother but he is too bad at it.
When all hope is lost he receives a call from his agent telling him that Mugatu, a well known designer wants him to work his new clothing line.
But what Mugatu really wants is to trick Derek to kill the Prime Minister of Malaysia who wants to increase the income of the workers that Mugatu and other designers use to create their clothes.
At the end of the movie with the help of a reporter and Hansel himself, Derek is able to find the problem and avoid a global crisis.
This is one of my favorites movies as is really funny and shows another side of the world of famous people like models taking it as a joke. Zoolander 2 has just come out and I can't wait to see it, it promises a lot more celebrities and as the previous one a really good time.
